La casa está en plena plaza, perfecto para tener restaurantes y ambiente de tardeo pero con toda la tranquilidad ya que da al patio interior y no se oye nada la calle.
Appartement très bien situé et spacieux. Bonne communication avec l’agence. Manque un peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner et de linge de cuisine. Beaucoup de rangement mais pas de fenêtre dans la chambre ni la salle de bain. Le ménage n’était pas fait à fond. Globalement nous sommes cependant très satisfaits de la location.
The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, all the amenities needed, big TV screen, which is always a plus, perfect location. Perfect choice.
Nos hemos alojado una familia, con niños de edades entre 9 y 12 años, y todo muy bien. El apartamento es tal y como se describe en el anuncio, limpio y nuevo. La ubicación muy buena, a pocos minutos andando hasta el centro. Apartamento muy tranquilo y sin ruidos a pesar de estar rodeado de bares y restaurantes. Para mí, el colchón de la cama de matrimonio me pareció un poco blando, aunque es una opinión personal. Volvería a repetir.

Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente. Nel divano letto possono dormire due bambini, non è adatto a due adulti. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e sempre presente tramite wapp. Abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico della doccia ed ha provveduto in tempi rapidissimi.
The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city center and the river. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The owner is available and kind, always ready to help. The only disadvantage is that the apartment is on the ground floor and you can hear the people coming and going in the alley. But - if you walk around this magical city all day - you come back so tired that it doesn't really interfere your deep sleep. 🙂 Highly recommended!

Mon séjour c’est très bien passé l’appartement est proche de tout, moderne et fidèle à la description donnée, j’ai adoré la terrasse surtout le matin ensoleillé. L’hôte était réactif à toute question posée.
Modern, stylish apartment perfect for 2 people. The terrace is spacious and a highlight for sure, couldn't really enjoy it due to the weather. Very well equipped kitchen, giant fridge. l loved the Netflix since it rained (maybe a Soundbar would be nice). The AC was a huge plus, as was the central location. Be advised you have to climb some stairs, which I had no problem with. I was very happy with the communication and every question got answered, they were gracious and kind hosts. Can recommend. The only suggestions I can think of are a better mattress and improvement of the lighting concept, but I just personally dislike bright lights.
Very good location with a few local restaurants close by, and the busy area of Alameda close by as well. Only 10 min walk to the centre. Perfect for one person or a couple, on the 4th floor with no elevator which might matter for some people.

The perfect location surrounded by a wide range of restaurant choices. The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Air conditioning worked great with separate thermostat for the master bedroom. Great choice for Seville!

Très bel appartement qui ne pourrait pas être mieux placé pour visiter Séville ! Tres central, avec une superbe vue sur la cathédrale dès que vous sortez de l'immeuble. L'intérieur est très bien équipé et surtout très calme, même la nuit !

This is an excellent base for visiting the heart of Sevilla. It's set close to the heart of the old town, and anything you are likely to want to visit is very walkable. The 2 beds are decent, and the kitchen more than fine for a short stay. The only thing to note, is that as it is on a pedestrian passageway, not a road, the sound from neighbours talking and passers by did travel up, so if you are an early sleeper/early waker, you may find that isn't ideal. I'll note that we were in Sevilla on May Day and during the lead-up to Fería week and the city was full of people in full party mode, so likely not representative of normal experiences. Overall, the apartment is great for a short visit and the price was more than reasonable.

I have traveled around Southern Spain in the past week and stayed in several Airbnb properties, by far this is the best. It is centrally located in Seville, and literally I could walk to Seville Cathedral in 30 seconds. I enjoyed peaceful morning before tourists arrived, and late night after everyone left. There are tons of restaurants shops near the property. The apartment is renovated and well maintained. Lots of rooms for a family. No doubt, I feel lucky staying there. The host communicated with me extremely well. Thank you!

Fantastic place to stay. Very easy to find and access with the provided instructions. AC worked very well which I was concerned about being in such a hot location, but was not an issue at all. Would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone else traveling here.
We had a great stay in Sevilla and a lot of it was due to the airbnb we chose! It is in a perfect location to walk to just about everything. No need to uber or taxi in this city, as walking is faster! The apartment was very clean and had everything you could need. Our host was very responsive throughout the stay. I would love to come back and stay here again!

Nice size apartment, check in was easy and hosts replied very quickly. Love that there is a coffee machine. My only complaint would be that the towels were very very old and a little stained.

This was a very nice stay for us in Seville. We really enjoyed it and it was close to many museums, landmarks and restaurants for one to see and experience.
The team was really helpful and kind they helped us regarding local recommendations and any assistance that we need. The place was like in the photos and the location was quiet, comfortable and 10 min by walking to the main attractions.
Great location for the old town, you have so many thing right on your doorstep. Lovely to stay there

Nous avons pris plaisir à loger dans cet appartement bien équipé. Espace très bien optimisé et joliment décoré. Il est bien situé pour visiter Séville mais aussi pour rejoindre la gare centrale et l'aéroport. Nous avons aussi pu vivre l'euphorie d'après le match Barcelone/Madrid. C'était très festif !

Very nice cosy apartment. It is convenient that there are two bathrooms. Mind you, the apartment is not that big, although it has everything. We were there in wintertime and as the windows are covered by foil there is not much daylight. Although I can imagine in summer this is an advantage to keep the heat out. There is airco in every room by the way. For heating and cooling. We had contact with Mara and she was super quick with responding. Also she helped with some advice on what to do or where to go. I can recommend the apartment, certainly if you are only with 2. The neighbourhood, near the Metropol Parasols, is not that lively and a bit away from the city centre. Not a big issue, but good to know. We walked a lot or used these public bikes. Nearby is a lockerroom for your suitcases (make a reservation!), supermarket, few nice restaurants near the parasols and a pizza take-away around the corner.

Overall the apartment was very clean and spacious. We found it easy to communicate with the host, check-in was nice and simple with clear instructions. There were sufficient appliances and ammenities, however drying clothes is challenging as there are no options to hang clothes. The location is fantastic as all tourist attractions are within walking distance, there are also bus stations and grocery stores nearby. We found the location to also be in a quiet area away from the main street. Can definitely recommend this location.

Desde el primer momento el trato ha sido genial, y con una rápida atención vía WA. El apartamento bien situado en pleno centro. Las camas súper cómodas y todo súper limpio. Hemos ido en familia y la verdad que ha sido una experiencia genial. La zona al ser el centro es muy escasa en aparcamiento, pero a 15min andando está el parking del hospital de la Macarena. Gracias por todo de nuevo, volveremos!
The Airbnb was in a perfect location for walking around. It was very close to some of the main attractions in the city. I also found a lot of great restaurants nearby, and there was a bar right across the street. The area is full of bars, which is great if you’re looking to enjoy a night out in the city. I do agree with the other reviews that it can get noisy, but it didn’t bother me at all. I slept comfortably through the night. If you’re a light sleeper, it might be a bit of an issue, but for me, it was totally fine. The place was very clean, and the host was great at communicating. I had an issue with the Wi-Fi not working, but they responded quickly and sent someone to fix it. I really appreciated how fast and helpful they were.

we had a wonderful stay! it's a perfect place for 4 people but could accommodate more with the pull out sofa beds. it's nicely renovated inside and we felt very at home. the air conditioner had no issues with the beating the summer heat. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Seville.

Très beau logement ! Tout Séville est accessible à pieds. L’appartement se trouve dans un quartier calme et paisible.
Logement correspondant aux photos, propre, jolie et moderne. Par contre emplacement trop loin du centre ou toutes les visites se font même si bus ou taxi dispo il n'y a pas grand chose à faire autour. La terrasse est dispo jusqu'à 20h soit inutile et niveau bruit vous êtes au top avec porte en fer qui claque, bruit de la rue devant la chambre située rez de chaussé...
Amazing experience!! The apartment was really easy to access thanks to the clear instructions that they provided before the day of arrival, as well as giving us flexibility for arrival time. The apartment was super clean, really well decorated, with all the necessary equipment. The only thing to take into account for really light/sensitive sleepers is that there are no shutters in the bedroom and lights go through. Overall it was a great choice, and we definitely recommend it!

Gran lugar, retirado de los sitios concurridos, cosa que lo hace calmado. Se puede caminar a cualquier punto turístico de la ciudad por calles agradables e históricas. Buenas almohadas y disponibilidad de cobijas según se requiera. La tercera cama es algo difícil de acceder.
Super séjour dans cet appartement très bien placé, à la fois proche du centre, mais aussi très calme. Très lumineux. Quelques équipements à renouveler tout de même.
Excelente Airbnb! A comunicação com o dono foi sempre muito fácil e ágil. Conseguimos deixar a mala um pouco antes do check-in por termos chegado um pouco antes na cidade. Ótima localização, fica a 25 minutos a pé da Catedral de Sevilla. Bom para andar e conhecer as ruas de Sevilla. Tudo correu muito bem! Sugiro apenas a melhora do chuveiro, pois não tem chuveiro fixo, apenas uma ducha e o apoio dela está quebrado, prejudica o banho.

He reservado este apartamento para unas vacaciones con mis amigas y no ha podido ser mejor elección!! El piso está genial ubicado, es igual a las fotos y está completamente equipado, además de que nos dejaron algunos detalles en el alojamiento. Por último, los dueños son muy claros con las instrucciones y están dispuestos a responder cualquira duda que te pueda surgir. 10/10!

Uitstekend verblijf voor een weekendje Sevilla. Het was op goede loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden, maar een taxi vinden was ook goed te doen. Het verblijf is netjes en ruim. Het contact met de eigenaar is goed en we kregen zelf ongevraagd goede tips doorgestuurd. Absoluut een aanrader en het geld waard!
A great little apartment super close to the Setas of Sevilla and great restaurants! Very spacious compared to other places we have stayed and mostly well equipped. Only thing is that it has a barn door for the bathroom with no latch and lacks privacy.
